Sausage Jalapeno Poppers
wonderfull, I made them last weekend and they have already been requested for a bbq later today. I did use turkey bacon and precooked it for about five min. in the oven. I also used spicy sausage and still they didn't really have a kick but they were still wonderfull. I may try to dice some jalopeno and put it inside as well.

Deli Style Brisket
reply for nancy: you cooked it for 9 hours. When making a smaller roast for less people adjust the time you cook as well. A 2 to 3 lb roast will only need to cook 4 to 5 hours or so on low in a crockpot.
