Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
WOW!!! This was sooo good. My whole family loved it. They kept saying "you out did yourself this time". I can't belive how quick and easy it was too...definetly a keeper. I also made extra glaze.

Cathy's Banana Bread
My favorite one so far. Very flavorful and moist. Put it in a bundt cake pan and it turned out great, cooking time only about 40 minutes. I also loved the idea of using cinnamon/sugar instead of flouring..what a nice touch!!

Spinach Balls
Not the best ones I've had, pretty dry, just tasted like stuffing balls. Wouldn't recommend. Very bland.
