Bacon Roasted Chicken
My family loved this chicken! I followed the recipe exactly as written, but next time I will stuff the cavity with onion and more seasonings.

Screaming Potatoes
This was an easy simple recipe. Once the potatoes were done, I served with sour cream, butter and shredded cheese.

Ginger Steak
I was surprised at how wonderful this recipe is. I didn't have any lemons, so I used white wine vinegar. I can't wait to try this again with the lemon. I doubled the recipe and let my steaks marinate a few hours. My husband and children loved the flavor. This is a keeper!
