Bubba's Barbequed Skirt Steak
It might of been our cut of skirt steak, but ours was still too tough to eat. And we cut the cooking time to half and it was still well done. The marinade was very tasty, and over all we liked it, but still too tough

Scrambled Egg Brunch Bread
A keeper!! Made for a Brunch. Beautiful presentation. I made as directed but added a small can of diced green chilis/drained. Loved by everyone and not too spicy.

Whole Grain Waffles
Excellent taste....not too "whole grainy" taste. Made for a brunch and was loved by everyone. Hint: Even with a no-stick waffle iron...you will need to spray iron each time, or they will stick. Will definately make again...as we are BIG waffle fans!
