Satay Chicken Pizza
This recipe is amazingly simple and delicious. I took other reviewers advice and added cilantro. I used cubed rotisserie chicken with a little soy sauce added to it. Wonderful! Will definitely make again and again.

Famous Butter Chicken
This recipe has so many reviews already but I have to say that this has become one of our favorite chicken recipes. The chicken is moist and full of flavor and it is so quick and easy to prepare! Perfect as written!

Pollo Fajitas
I just tried this recipe and it is fantastic! I will never buy fajita marinade again. I took some of the others advice and used lime juice. I also left out the hot sauce. I used chicken breasts and left them in the marinade for several hours. We love spicy stuff and this was just right!
