Good, but of course I made some changes:
1. I used tomato sauce instead of ketchup (I didn't have enough).
2. I didn't have cloves or allspice, so I omitted them. Instead, I used a few pinches of Chinese 5-spice.
3. I used red wine vinegar instead of cider (again, no cider vinegar).
4. I added two tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
5. I added a 1T honey to the sauce.
I normally don't make this many changes, but I think the results were outstanding! I'm very particular about my barbecue sauce.
