About this Cook
I've been cooking since I was 13, for the most part. I took some foods classes in high school and I loved them. I'm always on the lookout for new and different things to cook. I'm just starting to get more experimental in my cooking. I'm trying to start creating some easy and delicious recipes on my own!

Taffy Apple Salad I
I was a little uncertain this would make enough dressing, but it was perfect! Absolutely delicious! This recipe was requested!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Very good! Mine cracked, but only because I got impatient and didn't put enough water in the bath. I'll try to let it sit longer next time!

Fruity Curry Chicken Salad
Delicious! I didn't have grapes, so I just increased the other ingredients instead. It was tasty the first day, so I can't wait until later when the flavors have had time to mingle.
