Pancakes II
What are you people talking about!!! These are perfectely good pancakes with some moderate alterations: 4 Tbsp sugar, 4 tsp baking powder. And whipping the egg whites to a stiff peak then folding it in last make a really big difference to the texture. The pancakes are soft and moist; very tasty :)

Banana Pancakes I
These have pretty soggy middles. 2 bananas are definitely too much. Try as I might, the middles wouldn't firm up. Maybe half or 1 banana is enough. Some cinnamon to spice it up might be good too.

Fast and Easy Pancakes
These are amazing! First time I made them and they turned out really good :> I made a few alterations and don't understand when others say the batter's too thin. Mine came out just at the right consistency. I cut the recipe in half and whisked the egg white up to a stiff peak, which I folded into the batter last. It instantly thickened up the batter. They make really good and fluffy pancakes, although they could still be more tender though.
