Ham 'N' Cheese Pie
Great recipe. I omitted onion & added a small can of mushrooms. I also baked it in a 11 x 7 pan for 30 min.

Homesteader Cornbread
I cut recipe in 1/2. Baked in a 9"square pan for 20 min. Very Good

Parmesan Chicken
Great! I put the chicken in a sprayed casserole dish & baked the chicken for 30 min at 350. Less Calories!
