I love to bake cookies!! I'm a whizz at making Chicken Curry & Sloppy Joes (Both recipes from allrecipes!) because my boyfriend LOVES LOVES LOVES them...he has me making them quite often! ha! I don't come from a family that cooks very well! My mum didn't know how to cook when she married my dad, so I was never shown by anyone how to cook! I took a great interest in trying new recipes, so that I will be able to cook great meals for friends and family and to one day show my children how to cook!! Well, I think that whenever I make something and don't burn it; that's always a triumph! I made a cake for my in-laws anniversary last year and the cake was so soft that once I put the icing on and decorated it, it fell apart! We all had a good laugh and ate it anyway! It was delicious, but looked like a big yummy mess! ha!
