I'm disabled by Lupus and severe arthritis, but I couldn't let that stop me from doing one of my favorite things...cooking! I just taught myself little tricks around the kitchen to make cooking/baking not only possible,but quick and easy. Comfort food My Christmas morning breakfast casseroles. One is sweet and one savory. The Thanksgiving I cooked a 30lb turkey and ended up not only catching the oven on fire, but the stove top too! Yikes.. it was awful. haha
