Feta Artichoke Dip
3 1/2 stars if allowed. Quite good but very, very rich. Too rich for me really. Too filling for an appetizer, more suited to a gathering with finger foods. Perhaps with less parmesan it would be better.

Baked Chicken and Brie
I was somewhat dissappointed in this recipe. It was good, nothing wrong with it but it was just nothing special. I even added some sliced almonds and fresh basil under the cheese. I don't think I'll make it again.
