Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Seasoned the meat with salt and pepper, doubled the mushroom soup, added half pack of onion mix. Cooked on high for first 2 hours, then low for the next three. Sauteed mushrooms in garlic and onions, then added these in during the 2nd hour of cooking. Best stroganoff I've ever cooked! Thanks for the recipe!
