Honey Wheat Bread I
This is a really wonderful bread recipe. I have made homemade bread several times before, but this is now my favorite. The result is such a soft, light bread rather than the very dense bread you often get when making bread at home. The only change I made was to use melted butter instead of shortening. I used my stand mixer with the dough hook to do the mixing and kneading and it worked wonderfully. This is just a delicious bread!
