Wow! This is a really great recipe. Very easy and much healthier than most frosting. I made a two-layer strawberry cake and used this to frost the outside. I didn't use it between the layers of the cake after reading other reviews that it doesn't function well between layers. This is an excellent fluffy and light frosting. Definitely a keeper.

This is a really wonderful bread recipe. I have made homemade bread several times before, but this is now my favorite. The result is such a soft, light bread rather than the very dense bread you often get when making bread at home. The only change I made was to use melted butter instead of shortening. I used my stand mixer with the dough hook to do the mixing and kneading and it worked wonderfully. This is just a delicious bread!

This was a very tasty and easy dish, and quick to whip up after a long day. I used onion salt and celery seed because that is what I had on hand and I'm sure it didn't make a difference. My husband is already asking for it again and he typically doesn't like fish.
