Baking, decorating, and packaging 170 miniature 3 tiered wedding cakes for our daughter's wedding. I of course had family and friends to help!!!
My cooking tragedies
When we first got married 37 years I tried to make homade spaggeti sauce. I didn't realize the sauce would cook down so much!!! Too spicy and bitter for human consumption.

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I am a good cook, been married 37 years. This is the 1st time I cooked a eye of the round roast. It was tough as nails. I will never use this cut of roast again.

Neat Sloppy Joes
Here's what I did, didn't use celery(had mone), and sliced 1/2 cup of sweet onion over the top. I also used hamburger and italian patties. WOW! this recipe was so good, and a big hit with my family. Tasted even better the next day. I'm planning to try this with chicken breast!
