I cant recall if is the exact recipe,But I did get it from Allrecipes.I keep thinking it had a different name.But I make this all the time.If I dont have one of the vegetables I might replace with what I have on hand.It is refreshing yet filling.

Green Tea Layer Cake

Really light,fluffy,moist and tastes awesome.I didnt have cake flour,added 2 tablespoons corn startch to 2 cups flour-came out great.

Vegetarian Four Cheese Lasagna

Great recipe but had to fix a few things:"fresh pasta shhets"> I used 9 lasagna noodles cooked 7 min.Used fresh basil in place of pesto.Omitted tomatoes & used asparagus I blanched first.Used more sauce,28 OZ can tomato puree/half jar spaghetti sauce.Instaed of fresh parm.cheese used 4 OZ Italian blend shredded cheese.Think this is the best lasagna I have ever made!

Crawfish Fettuccine I

This was very good.Did not have velveeta-like cheese.Used cream cheese and shredded cheddar.I also used crab instead.Still it was easy and tasty.

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

This reminds me of "mock tuna salad" recipes.I've made plenty of those using tofu but I prefer this.The texture is great and it's cheap.An easy and quick sandwich to pack up for a picnic.I used more mayo.I like this because it's not hummus!

Shrimp Vermicelli Salad

I was surprised how good this simple saled was.I used spaghetti noodles because I had a lot on hand.I used more fresh parsley,dried dill instead of thyme and also some dried coriander seed,ground and a teaspoon of red wine vinegar..It was very tasty indeed.I think small shell pasta would work well with this recipe.

Vegetarian Cabbage Rolls

Liked the idea of this recipe.First I removed leaves from cabbage and boiled 2 minutes,removed to collander and rinsed in cold water;much easier.Second I was not fond of the tomato soup sauce.I used one can tomato paste mixed with 4 cans water,bay leaf,garlic,1/8 teaspoon allspice,pinch cinnamon and some dried parsley which I simmered on stove beforehand.Otherwise pretty good.Next time I think I'll add some raisins to filling.

Strawberry and Feta Salad

This is a great salad you'll want to make again and again.Some people may be confused by the combination but after one bite they'll change their mind.I use the raspberry vinagrette in The Harvest Salad recipe.Yum!

Danish Pastry Apple Bars

You may never bake a round pie again!Not only is this delicious but you dont have to worry about the edges getting too dark as a round pie and it feeds more people.I was out of brown suger so I used all white but drizzled molasses and some honey before mixing apples.

Romanian Apple Cake

This was just the kind of recipe I was looking for;simple and wonderful.I dont think Delicious apples are the best choice though,Macintosh and/or Granny Smith would be better.I used 3 kinds of apples and did not add walnuts as I had none on hand.Also this would probably work well with whole wheat flour.This recipe is a keeper!

I just want to say that to make wraps easier you should warm them quickly(a few seconds on each side) in hot skillet to keep them from breaking.

Chocolate Buttermilk Bread

How can anyone say this isnt a great bread?Moist easy and a chocoholic's dream!I too used choc.chips.Wonderful!This would make a good food gift.I also find frosting unneccesary.

Fish Tacos

This is a great recipe.I too missed CA fish tacos,though they were never beer-batterd then;I'd have to say these were better!Glad the creamy sauce recipe accomanies it.Thanx/and that beer-batter recipe I made with import beer-it was terrific!
