Creamy Cucumber Salad
I cant recall if is the exact recipe,But I did get it from Allrecipes.I keep thinking it had a different name.But I make this all the time.If I dont have one of the vegetables I might replace with what I have on hand.It is refreshing yet filling.

Green Tea Layer Cake
Really light,fluffy,moist and tastes awesome.I didnt have cake flour,added 2 tablespoons corn startch to 2 cups flour-came out great.

Vegetarian Four Cheese Lasagna
Great recipe but had to fix a few things:"fresh pasta shhets"> I used 9 lasagna noodles cooked 7 min.Used fresh basil in place of pesto.Omitted tomatoes & used asparagus I blanched first.Used more sauce,28 OZ can tomato puree/half jar spaghetti sauce.Instaed of fresh parm.cheese used 4 OZ Italian blend shredded cheese.Think this is the best lasagna I have ever made!
