Chicken Cordon Bleu II
My husband raved about this dish. It was a winner! He asked me to be sure to make it again. I didn't bother with toothpicks, instead i just folded over the breasts. This worked fine for me. I also added a tablespoon of evoo to the butter in the pan. Also, per the other review, I made my chicken breasts about 1/2" or thinner so I could get them done in about 15 minutes cook time rather than 30.
