Mom's Yeast Rolls

These rolls were great. I used this recie as my first try ar yeast rolls. Needless tosay, it was easy. The dough was quite stick, so I was worried for a moment. The second batch that had a chance to rise a third time while waiting to go into the oven were much lighter, fluffier, and looked just like the photo.

Hearty Jambalaya

This is an awesome recipe. I added mushrooms and substituted ceyenne for creole seasoning to turn down the heat a little. My kids loved it too.

Sausage Egg Muffins

I left out the green chilis, and my kids loved this recipe. They can even make this themselves. It is great for busy mornings.
