Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This recipe is off the charts! I did take others advice and simply mixed the brown sugar and ketchup together and applied it to the TOP of the loaf. We now eat this at least once a week.

Brisket with BBQ Sauce

The Barbeque sauce in this recipe just lacks the kick I expect from a quality sauce. The brisket was wonderfully tender though. Maybe just make your own favorite barbecue or store bought sauce and this recipe greatly improves.

Lobster Bisque

A fantastic and easy recipe. I followed the advice of some others and added tomato paste and upped the cayenne and worchester sauce. I also had alot to serve and being that lobster is expensive here in the midwest, I added a pound of scallops to the pound of lobster when doubling the recipe. The flavor and texture was excellent.
