This is one of the best carrot cakes I have ever had. It was moist and chewy, not dry like most of the ones I have eaten in the past. The frosting is really sweet, but it's a great compliment to the cake (which I didn't think was too sweet at all). I will make this again for sure!

This was pretty good! It was just a tad too sweet, so next time I think I will reduce the sugar in the peach mixture. I will be making this again!
