Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
I wish I'd found this recipe years ago--it really is the best! I agree with some of the reviewers who say it is a bit thick and more like a dip. I have substituted buttermilk for some of the mayo which thins it quite a bit.

Texas Pralines
Excellent recipe! You'll need an accurate candy thermometer. People who've given this a low rating for not setting up, check your thermometer! The reviewer who said to be careful not to boil higher than 242 is right as they'll get too firm. I've made this recipe dozens of times and these are delicious! It is time consuming but so worth it. You can come very close to Lamme's pralines if you use mostly dark Karo and brown sugar. I wrap them in cellophane and put them in my candy boxes for Christmas gifts---the hard part is keeping my husband and sons from eating them first!

Honey Of An Oatmeal Bread
By far the best bread machine recipe I've ever used!! I have bread machine cookbooks and dozens of other recipes for bread machines, but this is the easiest and best of all. My family loves it whether as a dinner accompaniment or for sandwiches. I don't even buy sliced bread any more. My daughter and I tried a variation the other day using some raisins, chopped dates, Craisins, walnuts and a dash of cinnamon...excellent toasted! Thanks for the recipe!!
