Bran Flax Muffins
Kids and hubby rated it an A+!! We normally eat healthy but these are amazing for a healthy muffin. I think they taste just like the Starbuck's version. Give this a try! I did follow the recipe exactly except soaked the raisins for 15 minutes in warm water to soften them. Did adjust for high altitude.

Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies
Best peanut butter cookie recipe I have tried. Used organic peanut butter and added about 1/4 cup more because it finished it off. Will make again!
