Apple, Pecan, Cranberry, and Avocado Spinach Salad with Balsamic Dressing
Great recipe! I added gorgonzola cheese, & used green onions (scallions) since I didn't have red. Aso used toasted pine nuts instead of pecans since that's what I had on hand. Tossed with a balsamic vinager Italian dressing on alread had.

Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast
Outstanding flavor. Cooked quicker than expected, but I like mine more towards the well done, so I was very happy! Husband even liked this method of cooking.

Perfect Baked Potato
The first time since we moved to the mountains (7300+ feet) that I've had a potato that cooked all the way. Thanks! I used sea salt. Will brush salt off next time before serving.
