I live in CANADA. I am an at home mother of 2 (4 and 5). I started cooking when I was 15, and am now 37. I have always loved, and was good at baking, and have now added slow cooking, and main dishes to my abilities. My husband and I visited his family in Italy in 1999, and I learned a great deal about the main Italian dishes that many North Americans enjoy. I only pick out the highly rated recipes on this site with a high number that have rated them 5*, therefore I usually have great luck with my selections. I LOVE this site!! Baking all things considered gourmet. Anything that is a gourmet version of itself, I love.
