Chocolate Pecan Pie I
Amazing Recipe! This pie was the perfect rich, sweet, tasty finale for our Thanksgiving dinner. My mother-in-law and kids were very impressed, as was I.

Best Butternut Squash Soup Ever
My family absolutely loved this soup, and so did I! Mostly, I did everything the same, though I did pre-steam my squash in the microwave first. Also, I added about 1 cup of heavy cream before pureeing, since I really love a creamy soup. Finally, I garnished the tops of each bowl with some cooked, crumbled bacon. Perfect!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
What a fabulous breakfast casserole! I made it for our Christmas morning breakfast, and the flavor and texture were superb. I did sautee some chopped red and green bellpeppers with the sausage (for Christmas colors), but not very many, as I didn't want to alter your recipe. Our whole family, three young children included, enjoyed it very much.
