Lemon-Pepper Salmon II
So delicious! I grilled the fillets in foil instead of broiling, and they were amazing. The soy sauce and lemon pepper were excellent together.

Spinach Brownies
These were super tasty, but I found when baking that there was far too much liquid in the recipe. I ended up baking for over half an hour longer than the recipe calls for, and still they were soggy. Refrigeration works well to solidify them, but I would have liked them hot and straight from the oven. I took these to a party, and they were gone within a short period of time; definitely a hit.

Multigrain Pancakes
These were pretty good, I liked the thicker and less fluffy texture to them. I had to add quite a bit more liquid to the batter, in order to pour it onto the pan. The cornmeal made it a little bit too gritty, which I was not expecting. Tasty with blueberries and no-sugar-added syrup!
