Easy OREO Truffles

O.k. I made these for Mother's Day. I personnally did not care for them. But half my extended family did. More like the consistency of a chewy brownie in the middle than a truffle. I don't think I will be making them again and I don't think the word "easy" should be put in frontn of the name...because they were not.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

everyone in my family loved this! instead of vegetable oil i used coconut cream(the stuff you would use when making pina colodas) and i then put the coconut cream,banabas,eggs vanilla,coconut flakes in blender until i got a creamy batter. i then added it to the dry mix. was out of cherries...and did not think the nuts would be soemthing my kids would go for.....everyone (including my picky son) LOVED this bread! Thanks

O.K. THESE WERE GOOD BUT I HAD TO TAKE THEM OUT OF THE DISH THEY WERE BAKING IN AND TURN THEM OVER ONTO A COOKIE SHEET AND BROILED ON LOW B/C HUSBAND HAS AN ISSUE WITH ANYTHING SOGGIE. OTHER THAN THAT EVRYBODY LIKED THEM...AND EVEN I THOUGHT THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD...AND I AM NOT A BIG FAN OF APPLES. THANKS!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

my son is allegic to milk and eggs so he really enjoyed making these and eating them too. We substitued earth balance for the butter... and it cut back on half the fat and calories butter would give you. Still very yummy and it packs protien and fiber.

Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Very good! I cooked the chocolate chip dough for 8 minutes and the cream cheese for exactly 15 minutes. I then let them cool topped them with "satiny chocolate glaze"off this website and put them in the fridge to cool...so perfect for a chocolate lover like myself!

Special Buttercream Frosting

Very buttery...but perfect consistancy to ice cupcakes. Put it with butter pecan cupcakes and halfed the recipe and still had icing left over. i did double the vanilla...because i do like a stronger tasting vanilla icing. Very simple and better than store bought.

Oh my goodness! The search for a great Artichoke and Spinach Dip stops here...this was so good! I added more garlic and sprinkled parm cheese on top and served with a french baguette. Had it for dinner two nights in a row...the best!
