Frijoles I
We really didn't care for these. The butter flavor was just really strange. We are not used it butter flavored pinto beans. If you are this might work for you.

Zucchini Patties
I would have made these as is if I had the right cheeses on hand. I have no doubt this recipe is perfect as stated! I only had cheddar so I used a cup of that in place of the other cheeses. We just these patties as a side with steaks. They are sooo good. My son who was just complaining about eating zucchini couldn't get enough. I would even serve these with breakfast I think the zucchini gives a better flavor than potatoes. Thank you! I will never lose this recipe.

Tuna Salad with Cranberries
The ingrediants make this a 5 star recipe but I disagree with the amounts. It's good as is but not as good as it could be. I added a lot more mayo about 1/2 cup cranberries and I would add more dill next time. Although I was using freeze dried which may not be as strong flavored as fresh or dried. With my changes it was gone before that day was out.
