Bolognese Sauce with Meat
Overall good but super greasy. Would recommend for large parties as it is fairly quick and very easy to make.

Avocado-Shrimp Salad
Excellent recipe. I served it to 13 people over Christmas and everybody loved it. I used about half the amount of sweet onions and I think it came out even better.
