Happily married, full time working mom of two active kids! Really didn't start cooking until I was married..atleast things that were not in a box.:) We love entertaining so that has also been a great motivator. I do quick and easy during the week and try to make something special on the weekends..always from this site! My hubby and I enjoy cooking together and trying new recipes all the time..my daughter is now trying to get into the action too since she can reach the counter tops now. My son is the "taste tester.":) This past year I cooked both Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner for my family and friends..and didn't burn a single thing! Lets just say I don't do well with an open fire!
