Roasted Turkey Legs
I added a little Jamaican jerk dry seasoning and it was great, hubby liked it too! A nice alternative to another recipe I normally use to cook my turkey legs.

Scott's Buffalo Wing Sauce
Great simple recipe, I fried my wings (with no batter) cooked the ingredients as directed and tossed the wings in the sauce. I didn't measure exactly and may have added too much honey, but my hubby loved them and I will definitely come back to this one again and again.

Shrimp and Avocado Salad
Great recipe, easy to prepare with a very nice presentation. The sauce was really good, I still use it as a dipping sauce for other dishes.
