Beefy Tomato Pasta Soup
I liked this recipie alot. I added a can of tomato suace and a little more water to give it more of a soupy feel.

Roasted Garlic
Very very good. My family loved it. I mixed with a small amount if EVOO and some fresh french bread.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls
This recipie is just for basic cabbage rolls. I like to spice things up a bit, so I added shredded zuccini and carrots to it. I also added both green and white onions. Turned out great!
