Original Homemade Italian Beef
This meal is so easy and delicious, I've already shared it with a number of friends. It's perfect for a working person to throw together in the morning. When you come home, just a few moments shredding with the fork, toasting up some hoagie rolls, and you're ready to go. The leftovers are fantastic as well.

Actually Delicious Turkey Burgers
This is one of those deceptively simple recipes that we should all be able to figure our outselves, but don't. This cooked up very tasty, and held together nicely on the grill. Perfect!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This was a great recipe for classic cheesecake. We ate it with sliced fresh strawberries. It's fresh tasting, and displays beautifully if you are having company.
