Texas Ranch Potato Salad
The recipe is definately a good starting point. I am one who loves a lot of flavor. I always prefer to make the recipe the way it is written first, then make changes where I deem necessary. This definately is one of the best potatoe salads I've ever had, however next time I do make it I will change a few things. First make sure you cut the potatoes smaller than requested. Consider other responses to substitute sour cream. Use a quality bacon, maybe a thick cut apple smoked peppercorn one??? Add Kosher salt and generous amounts of pepper. Increase the green onions. In addition, 20 minutes boiling time for the potatoes was not enough for me.
