Baked Pork Chops I

Easy and very tasty. Very reminiscent of Jaegerschnitzel. Will definitely make again. I added some Kitchen Bouquet to make the sauce brown. Will add some sliced mushrooms to the sauce the next time. Thanks for the recipe.

Momma's Marinara Sauce

Excellent tasting sauce. I sauteed the onion in olive oil first and then added 1/2 cup white wine. The sauce came out delicious. Don't forget a screen cover for the pot!
