Broiled Lemon and Garlic Tiger Prawns
These were very tasty and very easy! I broiled for probably 7 minutes and it was a little too long. Next time no more than 4 or 5. I used the extra butter as a dipping sauce... it was delicious!

Chicken Enchiladas V
This was a really great recipe to use as a base. I read other comments and noticed some saying double up on the sauce and seasoning. I used twice the peppers, twice the soup, twice the chili pepper and twice the cheese. I also made a Red Enchilada Sauce to put underneath the cheese on top and also put some cheese in each enchilada. To die for!!

Baked Fettuccine Lasagna
Wow, I didn't think it would be this good, but it was really delicious. Changes I made were adding some garlic powder, double the soup, a can of broth instead of a quarter cup and then some basil, more oregano and some fresh dill. WOW!! I loved it. I'm heating some leftovers right now! Can't wait to eat it!
