This is so quick to put together and really yummy. I was happy to find a french toast recipe that you could put in the oven and not have to marinate overnight. I also used regular sandwich bread. I would like to try it with french bread to get more texture but it's really good regardless.

This recipe was awesome. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because it lacks color. It smells divine while it's cooking. The Italian dressing makes this recipe delicious. This will definitely be a recipe I make over and over.

I made this for a Mexican themed Superbowl potluck. I doubled the recipe and used 2 pie plates. I also followed some of the other users reviews and used only 1 tortilla instead of 2 for each layer. It looked beautiful. I got many compliments at the potluck. Everyone enjoyed this dish and I will definitely be making it again. Oh and for those people who are nervous about the spiciness, it's not too spicy either.
