I didn't change a thing (except for using the leftover chicken in the ROAST STICKY CHICKEN-ROTISSERIE STYLE recipe for the chicken), this was a HUGE hit in our house, which includes some very picky eaters. This has become a staple recipe for us & is great enough to serve to guests. Wish I could give it 6 stars :-)

Absolutely the best chicken ever! Well worth the time it took to make. My picky eaters in the family RAVED about this! I used the leftovers to make the EASY WHITE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS, which was also a hit. The only thing I changed was to double the seasonings in order to have enough to coat the entire birds - it was perfect!
