Cooking is a great passion of mine. At the end of a hard work day, I see cooking as meditative and a way to relax rather than a chore. It is my way of being creative, which is why I rarely follow recipes closely.
My favorite things to cook
The only meats I eat are fish and seafood, so my cooking tends to have a lot of Asian influences. However, I like to cook anything with unique flavors and a lot of spice. My favorite ingredients are saffron and white truffle mushrooms.
