Spicy Stuffed Chicken Thighs
This is a delicious recipe! However, I didn't have any diced tomatoes, so I used roasted red peppers that I had left from a previous recipe. I sprinkled olive oil all over and baked it. It came out great! Hubby loved it. Thanks for sharing!

Roasted Potatoes with Tomatoes, Basil, and Garlic
Very flavorful! I loved the tangy tomatoes mixed with the potatoes and basil and garlic. It paired perfectly with the Parmesan Sage Pork Chops I served. Thanks for sharing!

Parmesan Sage Pork Chops
Thank you, Martha for sharing this recipe! It was absolutely scrumptious! I didn't have any lemons for lemon zest, so I used lemon-pepper seasoning. The brightness of the lemon flavor still shone through. I will definitely be making this recipe again.
