This was amazing!!! I read what others said and mixed the parmesan w/ bread crumbs and it was great. I wouldn't change a thing, except i think i double the amount of jalapenos, but i like a good kick ;) Everyone loved this! I'll def make it again.

OMG!!! This was absolutely the best appetizer i've made/had in a long time. I made this for my Christmas party, using Veggie Ground Round, and it was the first thing gone. My guests didn't even know they weren't eating veggie meat, they thought it was the real deal. Nice kick to it. Made a small portion one night for dinner (couldn't help it, it's that good), and while still absolutely delicious, i would def recommend making it the night before for the flavours to mix. Makes me salivate thinking about this recipe ;)

So yummy!! Being a vegeatarian, i had never made a stew before, but with the advent of Yves Veggie Ground Round (same idea as ground beef) i decided to try this recipe out. I couldn't control myself!! I had three bowls of it before i knew it! I think the only thing i would change is putting a little flour into the water to thicken it up a bit, but otherwise: delicious!! :)
