Peach Cobbler VI
We made this recipe twice - both times with fresh picked peaches with a little sugar mixed in and they were delicious. The first batch was a little runny, and didn't set up properly but we ate it anyway since there were no eggs. The second batch we used a larger pan and put the peaches on the bottom. Awesome recipe - will make again. Would have 5 stars if it had a little more of the cobbler dough to it.

Mexican Rice II
I have looked forever for a recipe that produces restaurant style rice and now I've found it! This recipe is delicious. I used the recipe calculator and changed it to serve 12 people and it came out perfect. I understand the importance of letting the rice get puffy! Looking for the perfect rice recipe? You just found it!!

Pesto Chicken Florentine
We really loved this recipe! Made a fresh pesto from this website (had lots of fresh basil) and grilled the chicken with some lemon pepper to give it a little more flavor. I did add a whole bag of spinach and added about a half cup more milk to make more sauce. Delish! Will definitely make again. Thanks for a great recipe.
