Hummus Pizza

So good...I used Boboli crust and topped it with banana peppers and feta instead of the suggested veggies. Yum!

Bryan's Spicy Red Lentil Soup

This was so good, I really loved it. The second time I made it I got a little adventurous with the spices and found an amazing secret ingredient - cinnamon. You should try it if you like interesting flavor combinations! I also didn't blend mine because I thought it was great as a chunky stew.

Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

I have made this recipe twice now and the first time we weren't very impressed. The second time I made them I was blown away - I used the exact ingredients the recipe calls for both times, but the second time, I made much smaller falafel patties and made sure my oil was very hot before I put them in. They were so good, they haunt my dreams at night.

Rice, Asparagus and Cucumber Salad

I am completely addicted to this salad. I made it for a cookout the other day and a friend of mine who hates all green vegetables couldn't get enough of this salad! I use twice as much dressing as is called for because it is just so delicious.

Won Ton Snacks

This recipe was really good. Everyone liked it at my party. Because I had a lot of other things to prepare, I used a bag of broccoli coleslaw instead of chopping up all the veggies myself. I also used ground turkey instead of pork, and lots more peanut sauce than the recipe called for. But it turned out excellently.

Pizza On The Grill I

I've always been disappointed by homemade pizza, but this recipe definitely was not disappointing! It was really great, and will be great for cookouts this summer. I just had to be really careful because my grill doesn't heat evenly. This was good with a variety of toppings.

Fluff Dip for Fruit

This was so good and so easy to make. I've never tasted a fruit dip quite like this. The amaretto is such a nice flavor with strawberries. I will definitely be adding this to the list of things I make on a regular basis. Thanks!
