Saltine Toffee

I love these! Be careful not to overcook these! Set your timer! I burnt my fist batch. :(

This recipe is awesome! The only thing wrong with the recipe is that it calls for way too much fresh garlic. I shook off the excess garlic from knots and they were really good. I used dried parm in the can it seemed to work better than fresh parm would. The next time I make these, I will reduce the fresh garlic to only 1-2 teaspoons. I will add garlic powder. I used fresh parsley to this and it is a really pretty presentation. Definitely try these!

Cheddar and Olive Balls

These were sooo yummuy! I will definitely be making these in the future for a party. Per another reviewer's suggestion, I added a little of the olive brine to the dough and it made it quite smooth. I also added a little ranch dressin mix instead of paprika for a zesty tang! I coated the olives in a little flour too, this enabled the dough to stick to the olive a little easier.

Aunt Mary's Banana-Chocolate Chip Bread

This was quite delicious! Even my picky 5 year old enjoyed this. The temperature of the oven and the time it took to cook the bread seemed a little off to me, so I will adjust the oven to a hotter degree next time. It is quite similar in taste and texture to Starbucks' chocolate chip banana bread.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Cake

This is sooo good and easy! Looks great too and it is very versatile! I love it! You could totally switch it up as far as ice cream and cookies. I made it with 1/2 strawberry ice cream and 1/2 vanilla ice cream. For the scoops on top I used the strawberry again and added pink sprinkles! So cute for the ice cream at my daugther's birthday party!

Cheese Straws

Very good! I added an egg white to act as a binder for everything. I also added about 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. YUMMY!

Pastry Cream

Ridiculously easy! So good! I did scrap about 1/2 of the vanilla bean into the milk. Yummy! I am using this for a filling for crepes with some fruit topping on it! Delicious!

Cathy's Banana Bread

So gooood! I love it! I did add some freshly grated nutmeg and a little cinnamon. I also added an extra dash of vanilla. The banana flavor is awesome in this bread! It is also very moist! Thanks for a great recipe!!!

Simple Scones

I never ate or made scones before. Needless to say I was pleasently surprised! So delicious! I made them with raisins and both of my kids just loved them! I will definitely be making these again!

Perfect Lemon Curd

Very lemony! I am sure this is a great lemon curd. Maybe I am just not a fan of lemon curd. I made this for the simple scnoes recipes and it was little too over powering to put on the scnoes which were divine!

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Sour Cream Biscuits

Delicious! I added a little sugar, about 1 Tablespoon. Also I used milk instead of water. When they were done baking I topped each with a little bit of butter it bought out a nice golden color to the biscuits. I served these with country ham and it was quite yummy!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

These didn't turn out quite right for me. They have a good buttermilk flavor but they didn't cook up too good. There is another pancake recipe I reviewed that is much better!
