Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2009
It was very spicy - and when I took it out, it was more of a buffalo chicken dip. My husband ate a sandwich, but it was a little too hot for me. So we put it in a saucepan with cream cheese, ranch dressing and shredded cheddar cheese and re-made it into buffalo chicken dip for the game on Sunday! That was yummy!

Old Fashioned Pineapple Upside-Down Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2009
I made this is a 9x13 pan also - it worked out really well. I also used chunked pineapple because that's all I had on hand, and no cherries because my fiance doesn't like them. If you add a little of the drained pineapple juice into the batter, it makes it VERY moist! Yummy.

Good sauce. Not a showstopper, but good for the usual rotation.

Excellent! Perfect brunch or really anytime dish! My fiance wasn't even hungry, but tasted my piece and then had to get his own bc it was so good! I had to add some salt to it, but I'm a huge salt fan!

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

So good that I will never buy store-made or frozen pumpkin pies again! And very easy! Make sure to heat up the pumpkin in a saucepan prior to using it so it gets the can taste out!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
I got RAVE reviews about this dip. I (like other reviewers) did not use canned chicken, I hate canned meat also. So I boiled chicken and then shredded it by hand before putting everything in a saucepan. The only difference is that I used 1 stick cream cheese and 1 cup sour cream. Just for variety. This was gone in about 10 minutes and everyone asked for seconds. Too bad I didn't make enough!

Salsa Cheese Boule Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
Really good - I did not cook the dip in the bread bowl (I ran out of time before people came over!) So I put everything into a saucepan and warmed it up in there before putting it into the bread bowl. People were going CRAZY over it! It was gone in minutes!

Great burgers....do take like White Castle - I will definitely make these anytime I'm craving! The crowd at the Superbowl party raved over them! However, the buns did get a little too toasted for me. I did put the wet paper towel over the top! Still great though!

amazingly good......i had to stop myself from eating it all! bake it with the sauce around the crescent rolls, then after baked, pour some on top so that you get the taste of it with the chicken. it kind of tasted like a chicken cheese-steak to me! yummy!

Terrific Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2008
I've never had chili OR made chili before! This was great. I did add a can of kidney beans to it (per the boyfriend's request - but I picked mine out b/c I don't like beans). And I browned the turkey and then dumped everything in the crockpot for 4 1/2 hours. SO EASY and very tasty! EXCELLENT!

Peach Cobbler IV

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2008
the only reason why i gave this 4 and not 5 stars is because i prefer to use FRESH peaches, NOT canned peaches. this is EXACTLY like the recipe that an old friend from Georgia gave me and I have been searching for awhile. it's excellent. i did add the baking powder and salt b/c i did not have self-rising flour! it was good though, and the next night (since it was gone), i made another batch!
