Upside Down Turkey

Lisa's Easy Chicken

Great recipe. Easy and tasty. Even the kids liked it and that says A LOT! I didn't have fresh tomatoes or peppers on hand so I used sun-dried tomatoes and frozen pepper strips. Cut the black pepper to 1/2 teaspoon for the kids. It was the perfect amount of spice for them. Worked very well! Will be making this again.

Poor Man's Beer Batter Fish

I have been using a similar recipe for years and it is great for making onion rings too! My recipe calls for a dash of hot sauce and a few sprinkles of Old Bay seasoning added to the container. Very good.

Charleston Breakfast Casserole

This was wonderful. At least five people asked for the recipe. Made it the day before and baked on Christmas morning for a family brunch. Did use Asiago cheese because I was out of cheddar. Very Yummy.
