Boiled Bagels

I made these tonight and they turned out pretty good. I split the dough in half and made one batch cinnamon raisin and the other half blueberry. They were slightly more chewy than I would have liked, but over all they were pretty good. I ended up with 10 normal sized bagels.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

Excellent. I made this for Christmas last year and everyone loved it. My husbands brother asked me to make some just for him, and my husbands co worker is always bugging him to get me to make some. If your trying to decide on a fudge recipe, pick this one!

Shrimp with Lobster Sauce

This was really good, I didn't have ground pork, but I did add snowpeas, bok choy, and cabbage. It needed a tiny bit more flavor, but it tasted pretty close to a Chinese resturant.
