Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
I would give this 4.5 stars. I prepared this dish using 1/4 cup butter and no salt and a little sour cream (on the advice of a different reviewer who stated it was too salty). I didn't find it too salty at all (although unfortunately I like salt). I think I would prepare it the same next time, but add a little seasoning salt. Also, I think a little more cooking time wouldn't hurt either.
