Banana Cream Pie I
I made this pie as a birthday gift for my father-who has everything and loves homemade desserts. I took other viewers advice and did not bake the pie. Based on his feedback, he said it was absolutely fabulous. I'll definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Kim's Chicken Alfredo
The flavor was good; but I wouldn't call it "alfredoy". Instead of using 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup water, I used all milk. I also only used 1 Tbsp of italian seasoning. Other than that I followed the recipe as written. One thing I would suggest is to add and mix in the italian seasoning with the soup mixture before adding it to the chicken because otherwise all the seasoning sticks to the chicken and we didn't like that. Good-tasting recipe overall though.

Restaurant-Style Hashbrown Casserole
I would give this 4.5 stars. I prepared this dish using 1/4 cup butter and no salt and a little sour cream (on the advice of a different reviewer who stated it was too salty). I didn't find it too salty at all (although unfortunately I like salt). I think I would prepare it the same next time, but add a little seasoning salt. Also, I think a little more cooking time wouldn't hurt either.
