Bourbon Chicken
I searched for a Bourbon Chicken recipe hoping to find one that tastes like the one we have at the chinese places at the malls. Even with a few tweaks this is a superb recipe! Use thighs instead of breast meat and make it on the stove top. Just remember to change the ingredients ratio to 2 thighs per chicken breast. I used fresh onions, garlic and ginger too. With no bourbon in the house, I used sherry instead. Try it out!
